Requirements
l At least 3-7 years of experience at an events agency, with a plus if clients were fashion and/or cosmetic brands.
l Strategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver
l Able to multi-task on various projects and brands
l Excellent communication skills
l Target driven
l Must be a self-starter, organised, clear communication and good team work mindset
l Hands on with Microsoft Excel
l Bachelor’s degree
l Excellent written and verbal skills in Korean and English.
l WFH once a week
l International environment with ongoing collaboration with OnTheList regions
l Office location: Seoul Itaewon

Key Roles
l Identify locations within Seoul to host offline pop up events according to the brand requirements.
l Work closely with Account Managers on the planification of pop-up event to envision the customer journey from start to finish.
l Maintain professional image of OnTheList to brand partners be providing Operational Excellence.
l Liaise with external vendors from venue, part timers, VM tools, security as the main representative of OnTheList.
l Provide feedback to regional support teams (such as IT, finance) to continuously improve and iron out local physical operations.
