What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • At least 5 years of Store/Retail Operations, experience is required, with at least 3 years in
    relevant role.
  • Hands-on retail operations background
  • Experience in leading a team – at least 3 years of experience in managing a medium-size team
What you'll be doing on the job

• Reach individual sales targets and drive sales together with team and manage the store in order to achieve sales objectives and KPI’s in alignment with Store Manager and Company’s strategies.

• Address client concerns assuring that the client satisfaction is achieved

• Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as the respect of product assortment and visual merchandising guidelines

• Be the acting Store Manager (with consultation to Store Manager) in the absence of SM during vacation, holidays or business trips.

• To ensure back-office duties are effectively managed in accordance with guidelines in the absence of Store Manager and Sales Administrator.

• Guarantee the correct application of company norms and procedures (discount etc.).

• Supervise After Sales Service request, providing excellent service and recovery as appropriate.

• Organize and implement store rotations, shifts and holidays.
