Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.
3. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effecti vely with
stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience of automation and productivity improvement.
5. Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, etc.
Responsibility to improve production productivity, quality and safety prevention.
3. Responsibility to localization project, act as localization project leader, work with cross
function team to qua lify and launch products to production following standard project
gate review process
4. Responsible for manufacturing process selection, layout design, develop assembly&
test fixtures of new projects, lead production team to complete product pilot run an d
improve *** pass yield.
5. Responsible for new equipment introduction, production line set up, develop and
implement automation and IIOT solutions to continuously improve productivity.
6. Develop process documentation, provide training to operators and line le aders on new
processes, materials, and equipment.
