Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• 5+ years of demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools 

• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. 

• Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft applications (Dynamics, EntreID, Azure) and third-party applications via APIs (MEX, Employment Hero) 

• Utilize Microsoft .NET (C#, X++), PowerShell, JSON, and XML for custom development and logic 

• Experience in developing OpenAI based Generative AI solutions will be a bonus 

• Apply ALM standards and best practices to ensure smooth development and maintenance of solutions 

• Proven ability to analyse complex problems and deliver practical solutions 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600) or equivalent 

• Open to all Malaysian citizens only 

What you'll be doing on the job

• Lead (hands-on) a small team of developers to develop complex Power Platform solutions 

• Determine the best solution for the business requirements and develop solution design for custom apps and workflows 

• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs 

• Ensure adherence to governance and security standards 

• Provide training and mentorship to junior developers 

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment.
