What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Qualifications 

  • Experience: 
    • 3-5 years of experience in account management, social media marketing, or influencer marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
    • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and maintaining client relationships. 

  • Skills: 
    • EStrong project management and organizational skills. 
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities in Korean and English. 
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing tools. 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics. 
  • Personal Traits: 
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. 
    • Passionate about social media and influencer marketing. 
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 
What you'll be doing on the job

Key Responsibilities: 

- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. 

Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. 

- Influencer Coordination: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators to align with campaign goals. 

Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling social media content and strategies tailored to client objectives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, production, analytics teams to execute campaigns and track performance. 

Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives. 

Problem Solving: Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all campaigns run smoothly. 

Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising to bring fresh ideas to clients and campaigns.
