What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
• Min 7 years work experience in B2B business/sales environment, ideally in heavy industry, construction, or energy sector
• Experience in the renewable energy’s technical sector including communication with regulatory departments such as KESCO, KEPCO, and KOSHA would be an advantage
• Strong communicative and interpersonal skills; goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit
• Advanced experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Highly committed, as well as ambitious and visionary thinking
• Strong proven writing and oral communications skills in English and Korean
• Willingness to travel, international focus; flexible to travel across Asia

What you'll be doing on the job

• End-to-end responsibility for After Sales accounts, holistic client relationship manager
• Responsible for claims management in coordination with Sales/PM/Service (“trouble shooting” with strong technical background).
• Responsible that for all wind farms a valid and profitable O&M contract exists at any time during the operational period.
• Overseeing and coordinating the implementation of contractual agreements in the operative phase after signature
• Functions (e.g. Global Service, GSM for special technical questions/solutions) to avoid compensation payments.
• Point of reference for the other After Sales team members within the region for specific subjects (e.g. SCADA/IT) in coordination with the Head of Asia Sales APAC.
• Responsible for O&M contract (completeness, correctness and timely performance) and is key contact to customer for all post-sales activities (“owner of the contract” and all related administrative tasks)
