• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury fashion and retail trends.
• Experience with merchandising software and ERP systems is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
• Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and market trends to optimize product assortment and stock levels.
• Support the planning and allocation teams to ensure appropriate inventory distribution across stores and online channels.
• Coordinate with the buying team to select, forecast, and procure luxury merchandise that aligns with consumer preferences and brand positioning.
• Monitor sell-through rates and propose markdowns, promotions, or replenishment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in pricing strategy and margin analysis to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with store teams to gather feedback on customer preferences and product performance.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product deliveries and quality compliance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the luxury retail space.
