What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or communications within the luxury retail or premium lifestyle sector.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling abilities tailored to luxury audiences.
  • Ability to interpret digital data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for luxury branding and digital innovation.

What you'll be doing on the job

Digital Content & Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality digital content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize content strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop visual and written assets for digital channels.

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Website & E-Commerce Support

  • Manage website content updates to ensure an engaging and seamless user experience.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by coordinating online product launches, promotional campaigns, and content optimization.
  • Assist in SEO and website traffic analysis to enhance digital visibility and conversion rates.

R Collaboration

  • Identify and engage with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and media outlets to enhance brand reach.
  • Support digital PR initiatives, including collaborations, partnerships, and event promotions.
  • Track and evaluate influencer and PR campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital communications efforts.
  • Provide regular reports with key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the brand’s digital strategy.
