What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling high-net-worth clients is a plus.
  • Knowledge of luxury brand standards and customer service excellence.
  • Singaporeans only.
What you'll be doing on the job

Sales Administration & Coordination

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and availability.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the finance team.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking based on sales trends.
  • Assist in stock reconciliation and audits.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper inventory handling.

Customer Service & Support

  • Provide after-sales support, including warranty claims and product exchanges.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in managing VIP client relations and ensuring premium service levels.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
  • Assist in store operations, including sales floor support when required.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and luxury service standards.
