What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate with relevant experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with operating recording systems, databases, and conducting inventory stock takes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to thoroughly review documents and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on standby during month-end.
  • Prefer Mandarin speaker (to communicate with counterpart from China)
  • Preferably looking for individuals who can join immediately.

What you'll be doing on the job

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with courier service providers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of online orders, adhering to company SOPs, risk assessments, and health & safety policies.
  • Oversee order fulfilment with courier providers, ensuring timely shipments and positive customer experiences.
  • Monitor courier service performance against KPIs, driving continuous improvements in delivery processes and lead times.
  • Accurately update inventory movement & inventory control in Yatai.
  • Handle product returns, replacements, and customer inquiries, resolving issues.
  • Implement lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and manage costs effectively.
  • Support branches/shops in term of inventory transaction in Yatai, courier issue etc.
  • Support during quarterly stock count.
