What you'll be doing on the job
The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, and enhancing overall efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage daily activities, staff, and patient services effectively.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk coordination.
- Staff Supervision: Manage administrative and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Patient Relations: Ensure high-quality patient experience by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
- Financial Administration: Oversee billing, invoicing, and insurance claim processing; assist in budget planning and expense management.
- Inventory & Procurement: Manage clinic supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Technology & Systems Management: Oversee the clinic's software and IT systems, ensuring efficiency and security.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Coordination with Medical Team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize workflow and patient care.
