What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Job Requirements

  • diploma/degree in Business AdministrationManagement, Mathematics or any relevant field.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics is advantageous.
  • Familiar with administrative duties.
  • Detailed oriented person.
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs.
  • Has their own transport to commute to U10, Shah Alam.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:30am to 6:30pm

What you'll be doing on the job

Job Scope

  • Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
  • Monitoring and follow-up on the receipt of all documentation required to be completed.
  • Ensuring that all contractsservice agreementslicensing and other related documentation are organized and maintained.
