What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Possess Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic coding languages.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts including IP addressing (classes A, B, C, and D).
  • Knowledge of integration and protocols at both high and low levels, including analog/digital interfaces, and protocols such as Modbus, Bacnet, and MQTT.
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide technical support to contractors/customers, assisting them with any technical queries related to both product and IoT solutions as well as conduct product/solution trainings.
  • Conduct site measurements and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.  Leveraging IoT solutions where applicable.
  • Support product quality control through rigorous testing and analysis.
  • Perform product analysis, repairs, and service to maintain the highest level of operational efficiency.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work.
