Hotel at Macao

Good command in both written and spoken English
Ability to converse effectively in Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)
Presentable and good customer service
Minimum of 3-year of Front Office / Concierge role and exposure within a luxury 5-star international hotel
Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Give good impression to all in-house guests, visiting, in-out guest, first person to the guests giving warm welcome. co-work and leading communication smoothly with guest`s need (co-work with Concierge, GRA, Front office Attendant etc.)
Reacts to incident occur to ensure all guest receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout hotel stay
Responds to guest needs and resolves related inquiries
Consistently seek new and innovative service initiatives to memorable service with standard
Continually seek opportunities to create memories by accommodating, anticipating the needs of guests and executing all requests in a timely fashion, exceeding expectations and building relationships with all guests
