What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• At least 2 years of sales experience (Telemarketing preferred) 
• Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections

What you'll be doing on the job

• Work Location: Raffles Place
• Interview Location: Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Damansara Heights
• Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
- You will have the opportunity to market personal line products to banking customers through outbound efforts (Leads provided)
- Provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries
- Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
- Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
- Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
