What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- More than 3 years of experience in publishing, operations, or business development, preferably with market-related or user growth experience.
- Proficient in operational systems, partnerships, and campus penetration strategies. International experience and a clear, structured communication style are highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and resource integration capabilities to establish and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and focused on creating “win-win” partnerships.
- Data-sensitive with a strong understanding of user needs and fast learning capabilities.
- Passion for games, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is required. Multinational study and work experience are highly preferred.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Responsible for engaging and motivating local partners (GR, schools, and local IPs), organizing and developing local resources and capabilities to support regional market penetration.
- Develop regional publishing strategies for mobile games, including but not limited to BD partnerships, brand promotion, campus activities, platform cooperation, and GR management, to achieve regional objectives and target audience penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including the HQ team) to formulate overall strategic directions, integrate local resources, and execute campus engagement initiatives.
- Provide deep insights into the local culture from a player’s perspective, ensuring the development of localized marketing strategies. Utilize data-driven analysis to optimize campaign performance.
