Who you'll be working for
A dynamic and established Information Technology Services Provider. With a network of 16 autonomous service centres and more than 120 employees nationwide that aims to be 'The Preferred Services Solution Provider' in Malaysia.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional information:

  • Bonus package includes a guaranteed annual bonus and performance-based bonus (1–3.5 months).
What you'll be doing on the job

Job Scope:

  • Talent Acquisition - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Payroll and HR Administration - verifying overtime and staff movements for accurate compensation., payroll processing, submitting statutory contributions and ensure compliance of legal timeline and requirements, maintain employee records and data integrity in various HR systems.
  • Training and Development – analyse training needs and arrange for training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
