1、 根据本地运动项目和预算，决定部门所需人员架构，并持续招募富有激情且乐于助人的
运动爱好者；
2、确保负责部门的服务是友好的，且提供专业的运动及产品建议；
3、带领团队确保部门内的运动形象展示，组织运动及产品体验，组建并运营运动社群等，
让顾客充分体验 所负责部门的运动；
4、通过分析本地运动市场需求，参考品牌建议逻辑， 从而决定部门的销售陈列布局; 带领团队定期对 的货架陈列进行检查，确保货架始终保持高质量，高效率，且符合当下季节销售特性；
5、无需固定朝九晚五的工作时间：综合小时工作制（每周 40 小时）
