4.保障财务会计信息质量，提高工作效率；
5.组织拟订公司财务管理相关规章制度和工作程序，经批准后组织实施并监督落实；
6.组织建立公司财务风险管理机制并监督落实；
7.根据公司管理层分工领导分管财务部和综合部的日常管理工作。
8.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
