What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years’ hands-on experience in application / software development projects, previous experience in banking industry will be an advantage.
• Hands-on Experience in MS SQL, C#, React.js, jQuery, CSS, and webservice.
• Knowledge in UiPath RPA will be an advantage.
• Familiar with IT system development life cycle, change control governance and testing strategy.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong sense of teamwork, willing to share experience and expertise with team members.
• Proactive attitude and able to work independently.
• Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Responsible for application development and enhancement on digital transformation and automation.
• Focus on digitalization for head office platform and supports the deployment of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
• Managing cross-region and local branch projects with quality deliverables.
• Maintain documentation control in the system development section.
• Ensure the software development progress according to schedule and participate in program development.
• Evaluate and recommend software packages and solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
