What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Diploma:

+4 years college graduate

 

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail industry

Knowledge of store organization

Competent knowledge of English

What you'll be doing on the job

Main role description (in a few lines)

Retail Operations Senior Executive will be responsible for assisting the store team to prepare all retail materials and provide all necessary support in order to achieve their business objectives.

 

 

Retail Operation

Update boutique staff schedule every month

Arrange queuing guard every month

Update boutique back office sales material like KPI board

Support boutique IT system operation with IT team

Handle overall new store project display item importing

Handle overall new store project overseas’ payment such as design fee

Handle overall boutique maintenance coordination

Provide regional & global guidelines and supervise implementation

 

 

Stock Management

Proceed monthly cycle count on all boutique

Proceed biannual stock take

Adjusting Inventory quantity when needed by creating special output & special input

 

 

Sales Reporting

Update weekly sales report to Country manager

Update weekly, monthly report to send it to HK region team

Boutique staff sales performance report-quarterly

Creating sales report in response to Country manager’s request

Assist in OPEX planning and control for shop related expenses on maintenance for GC & SG BTQs; Security cost
