What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程相关专业优先。
  2. 5年以上制造业行业工作经验。
  3. 熟悉培训流程、技巧及方法论，有课程策划、产品/技术培训、内部培训带教经验优先
  4. 具备良好的教学和演讲及表达能力，能够有效地传授知识和技能。
  5. 熟悉微软Office软件，以及其他常用的教学工具。
What you'll be doing on the job

岗位职责：
1. 负责制造业行业技术培训课程的策划、设计和实施，确保员工具备所需的电气技能和知识。 
2. 开发和更新培训手册和材料，包括课程大纲、教案、讲义、习题和考试。 
3. 进行现场教学和在线培训，确保员工对电气设备的操作、维护和故障诊断有深入的理解。 
4. 根据员工技能和业务表现，定期评估和更新培训课程，以满足业务发展和技术更新的需要。 
5. 与工程、运维和安全团队密切合作，确保培训内容和实际工作紧密结合。 
6. 跟踪和分析培训效果，为持续改进培训课程提供反馈。
