Who you'll be working for
Largest insurance company in Malaysia. · To ensure all Direct Credit bank account registration transactions are attended and meet/ exceeded department’s performance metrics and standards. · Attending to simple correspondence, ICM and telephone enquiries from policyholders, branches and agents relating to Direct Credit matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via different channel, i.e Email, letter, ICM, Call Centre escalations. · Any ad-hoc duties as and when given by the management.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Diploma and at least with credits in Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum 2 years in the insurance or financial institution.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
