What you'll be doing on the job

• Oversee the end-to-end management of client platforms, including construction, testing, installation, operations, upgrades, and facility management, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related incidents efficiently, manage change requests, perform service requests, and provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.

• Support infrastructure projects by gathering business requirements, analyzing infrastructure needs, and offering technical recommendations and presales support.

• Establish and maintain system configuration standards, perform regular system monitoring and evaluation, and implement best practices to ensure operational consistency across teams
