• Minimum Diploma in Project/Event Management, Social Services, Gerontology, or an equivalent field.
• Experience or an interest in project management, digital technology, and IT will be an advantage.
• Experience in the social services sector is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A meticulous, task-oriented individual who thrives in both team settings and independent work environments.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Plan, organize, and manage assigned projects to meet objectives, ensuring they stay on track with respect to budget, timeline, and desired outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, foresee potential challenges, and propose or implement effective solutions.
• Develop project implementation workflows and document project progress, ensuring traceability and adherence to PDPA requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, staff, and seniors, to facilitate smooth communication and minimize miscommunications.
• Support other departmental projects, collaborating as a team to ensure the successful completion of all Tech Care projects.
• Assist with research initiatives, including pilot studies, clinical trials, and proof of concept projects in collaboration with technology partners and research institutions (e.g., schools).
• Support departmental documentation, including reporting, publicity materials, and database management.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas where technology can be utilized to improve operations and outreach to seniors.
• Propose creative solutions to address challenges identified through internal discussions and external meetings with potential partners and vendors.
