Intern (Undergraduate)

An internship for undergraduates, attached to a consultant and a live desk. You will be given real work, because there is no other kind here.

What the work involves

• Market research and mapping: who is hiring, who is moving, how a sector is structured
• Candidate research and first-stage sourcing, supporting the consultant on live briefs
• Interview and meeting coordination between candidates, consultants and clients
• Keeping candidate and client records accurate in the CRM — the part that decides whether a desk works
• Sitting in on client and candidate calls where both parties agree

What we look for

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme
• Organised, and precise with detail: a record entered wrongly costs someone a call
• Willing to ask, and to say when you do not know
