About this role
Develop retail store layouts, design concepts, and technical drawings in line with brand standards.
Build store concept and layout designs from scratch, matching with brand essence and messages
Coordinate with landlords, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage store renovation, maintenance, and new store opening projects from planning to completion.
Review construction drawings, material specifications, and project schedules.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design requirements.
Support budget control, cost estimation, and project documentation.
Who we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or related disciplines.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in retail design, store planning, interior design, fitting-out, or project coordination.
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, design consultancy, or contractor/vendor environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or related design software.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
