About this role
Execute outbound calls to SG-based clients to promote fiber, broadband, and internet products.
Contact existing clients and upsell internet-related products and offer promotions to leaving clients to encourage retention.
Work as a team lead supervising and mentoring between 6 - 10 individuals within your team, focused on driving team members towards achieving individual and team goals.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role within the telesales industry.
- 1 - 5 years experience as a telesales professional within the telecommunication industry.
- Proven experience in achieving sales target within the telesales function.
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Must be able to speak in English with full professional proficiency.
- Comfortable to work in hybrid working arrangement.
