About this role
Responsible for supporting the annual CATS project by performing statements verification to ensure accuracy, completeness and contributing to overall operational efficiency, quality assurance and compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards.
Involve in yearly CATS project to perform verification of sample yearly statements & prepare manual PPS for exclusion cases.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, projects, defect fixes, and post-deployment verification to ensure system enhancements and statements generated meets business requirements.
Prepare, update, and maintain proper documentation on testing results, system enhancements, and identified defects.
Highlight potential issues, risks, and discrepancies identified during testing, and escalate to the Superior.
Any other tasks as assigned by Superior/Manager/HOD
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
Who we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Management, IT related, Accounting or Insurance
- Possess good interpersonal and writing skills, ability to work independently and effective problem solving & analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of AS400 system and web-based application
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
