About this role
Consult with students and parents to understand their academic goals and education needs.
Recommend suitable overseas education pathways and application services.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process.
Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and convert opportunities into enrollments.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective consultative selling.
Maintain accurate client records and provide a high level of customer service throughout the journey.
Who we’re looking for
- Results-oriented, target-driven, and motivated by financial rewards.
- Proven sales experience in education, recruitment, insurance, property, luxury retail, banking, fitness, or other high-touch sales environments. Experience as an Education Consultant is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong resilience.
- Fluent Cantonese is required; English and Mandarin are advantageous.
