About this role
Conduct end-to-end quality assurance for luxury leather handbag production, from raw materials to finished goods.
Monitor and ensure quality standards across OEM factories in Semarang.
Identify quality issues and work closely with factory teams to implement improvements and corrective actions.
Conduct regular factory visits and travel as required across the APAC region.
Work independently while coordinating with regional QA and business teams.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in luxury leather handbag production.
- Current or previous experience with a principal brand, handbag manufacturer, or OEM/maklon.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of leather handbag production, including raw leather, shaping, assembly, and finished goods.
- Experience with luxury or premium handbag brands in a similar market tier, such as Coach, Longchamp, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, or equivalent.
- Experience working with genuine leather products; synthetic or PU leather experience alone is not sufficient.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel.
