About this role
Identify and source prospective tenants to achieve leasing and occupancy targets
Manage leasing activities, including property viewings, tenant enquiries, negotiations and lease closures
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, property agents and business partners
Plan and execute leasing strategies, tenant mix planning and marketing initiatives to maximise rental income
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and rental performance, and prepare leasing reports and updates
Who we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Property Management or a related discipline
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
