Creates user-centric content revolving around beauty knowledge, products, and services. This includes partnering with product formulator, design and marketing team to create attractive and easy-to-understand information and content on TikTok and Instagram
Collaborates with marketing team and external collaborators to create cohesive and creative marketing campaigns for our beauty brands
Works with design, marketing and sales teams to identify trendy, useful, and interesting topics and information presented in ways that can inspire and engage audiences, followers and customers
Researches externally and revisits existing content and resources to continuously perfect communications with audiences
Managing multiple projects and working quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment

- Native or excellent English communication skills
- Interest in user-centric communications and in beauty
- Creatively synthesize and strategically execute marketing campaigns
- Quick-thinker, strong attention to details and eager to learn; works and communicates well with team
- Experience in content development and strategy, beauty industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Reference marketing content samples are required for job application
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
