Support the preparation and deployment of terminals
Support the retrieval and replacement of terminals
Support fault call servicing
Perform the configuration and download the parameter in accordance to the merchant’s requirement
Upgrading of company terminals on-site.
Briefing of Merchant on usage of company terminals, and queries by the merchant on the functionalities of the payment terminals
Troubleshoot and Service terminals on-site, including ECR connectivity issue, network related issue, and transaction error
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors requirements
Role needs interaction with mandarin speaking merchants, proficiency in mandarin will be an advantage
Who we’re looking for
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level/Diploma holder
- Class 2B License or Class 3 Driving license (Both minimum 2 years)
- Work on Weekends as per work schedule/overtime if require
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- On job training will be provided.
