About this role
In each cycle (every 1–2 months), define the key problem to solve or the metric to improve together with the Track Lead and DA, and establish strategies and experiment plans to achieve the goals.
As a PO, determine which features to implement in every iteration (ranging from 3 days to 2 weeks), align on direction with squad members, and drive actual outcomes.
Lead the entire process from high-level planning (such as target users, product value, and KPI goals) to detailed planning, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch analysis, creating a virtuous cycle of service growth.
Continuously repeat the Hypothesis–Experiment–Validation process based on core metrics such as user engagement, retention, and activation ratio to discover features and functionalities that deliver greater fun and value.
Collaborate closely with the ML team when needed, exploring product-driven ways to overcome limitations in model performance and proposing solutions that balance both technology and user experience.
Who we’re looking for
- Someone who enjoys collaborating deeply and executing together: Rather than relying solely on the PO, the entire squad discusses and validates feature directions, user experience improvements, and even ambiguous concepts like “fun.” We’re looking for someone who is open to this collaborative culture and eager to exchange ideas and grow together.
- Someone who genuinely thinks about “fun”: Beyond simply solving inconveniences, we aim to create experiences that bring vibrancy and immersion into users’ daily lives. We value candidates who are interested in conversations with characters, storytelling, content, entertainment, games, and who have the imagination and drive to incorporate these elements into products.
- Data-driven mindset and Agile approach: We welcome candidates who enjoy rapidly experimenting with action items, measuring outcomes through data, and continuously iterating improvements.
- Proactive problem solver: We’re looking for someone who not only solves assigned problems, but also actively identifies the “real” problem and takes initiative to find solutions.
- While specific domain experience (e.g., finance, commerce) is not required, experience in planning or operating mobile services, entertainment content, or independently driving vision and results in a startup environment is highly preferred.
