Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Handled customer and agent enquiries regarding policy matters across multiple channels.
Delivered quality customer service while meeting contact centre targets and service standards.
Coordinated with other departments to resolve enquiries and requests.
Maintained product knowledge, followed work schedules, and supported new staff through call buddying.
Who we’re looking for
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service / contact centre experience is an added advantage
- Comfortable handling calls, emails, and messages
- Able to work on the required shifts and Saturdays
