Job Description
What You'll Do
- Specialise in your assigned industry to perform all phases of full-cycle recruitment, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, placement and onboarding
- Partake in client acquisition and maintenance of proactive partnership
- Manage recruitment projects by creating efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining and urgent requisitions
- Engage in negotiation of service agreements
What You'll need
- A diploma or degree in any discipline
- 1 year working experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of interest in the recruitment sector
