About this role
Provide premium customer services and handle customers' enquiries & complaints
Support daily operations such as promotions, exhibition, events, etc
Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Who we’re looking for
- DSE or above
- Have had prior work experience gained in customer service, hospitality, membership, retail brand or property management industry
- Proactive, Independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
