1. Sales & KPI Management – Drive store sales performance, achieve monthly sales targets, and monitor individual team members’ KPIs to maximise sales conversion and ATV.
2. Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets, maintain productivity, and deliver excellent customer service.
3. Store Operations Management – Oversee daily store operations, inventory control, cashiering, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
4. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards – Ensure store displays, product presentation, and promotional activities align with brand guidelines.
5. Business Performance & Loss Prevention – Analyse sales performance, identify business improvement opportunities, resolve operational issues, and minimise stock discrepancies and cash shortages.
我们希望您具备
- Minimum 5–8 years of retail experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing store KPIs, and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with the ability to lead a team of approximately 10 or more staff.
