Lead and manage the daily operations of the retail store to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Drive team performance through coaching, training, and motivation to deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain a strong client base through effective CRM and customer engagement strategies.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and business results, providing action plans to maximize productivity.
Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure brand presentation is maintained at the highest level.
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
我们希望你具备
- Minimum 4-6 years of retail management experience, preferably within fashion, footwear, luxury, or lifestyle retail brands.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing store teams.
- Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong business acumen.
- Experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are preferred.
- Passionate about fashion retail and creating outstanding customer experiences.
