Manage and grow key retail accounts, including supermarkets, department stores, distributors, and independent stores
Develop strong client relationships with buyers and category managers to drive sales performance
Handle new product listings, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and documentation requirements
Negotiate trade terms (pricing, rebates, promotions) and execute in-store marketing activities and campaigns
Analyze sales data, manage demand forecasts, and coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels
Support daily sales operations, including order management, delivery coordination, and resolving client issues
我們希望您具備
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail account management, FMCG, or distribution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales analysis and reporting
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Japanese (N1 or N2) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
- Immediate Available preferred
