Manage end-to-end merchant accounts, including campaign submissions, live sessions, affiliate collaborations, and internal coordination.
Build strong merchant relationships, support platform adoption, and ensure a positive seller experience.
Identify business and collaboration opportunities aligned with merchants’ development goals.
Support e-commerce projects covering Assortment Growth, Price Competitiveness, Seller Outreach, and other business initiatives.
Execute daily project operations, including incentive management, data scraping, data matching, and reporting with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
我們希望您具備
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, account management, customer service, or seller operations is preferred.
- Good understanding of e-commerce business and digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
