- Minimum 2 years of luxury or premium retail sales experience (team leadership preferred).
- Experienced as First in Charge of retail store, with strong knowledge and skills in people and store management.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to engage diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Proven ability to drive sales, resolve conflicts, and inspire teams.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
