Responsible for local sales & market development of IT Infrastructure portfolio of Company and the related services
Responsible for market and product strategy
Responsible to meet and exceed IT Business Sales Budget every year
Responsible for new business development as well as serving existing customers and developing stronger rapport with key customers.
Spearhead the relationship management and enhancement with key customers, key design houses and key people in the IT / Data Center market.
Responsible to develop IT components distributors.
Responsible for market study (market size and market share) and competition profiling.
Ensure Profit Centers achieve local market share and positioning to meet the defined company budget and annual operating plan.
Identify key projects or potential projects as well as mapping out key players in the industry.
Ensure all factors that will affect Company’s presence in the market are visible.
Implement commercial agreements & prepare proposals and negotiate to close the sale with customers.
Support and train company's sales organizations and representatives in assigned products or territories.
To identify customer needs, analyze/determine price, offer and negotiate in order to secure order.
To review customer complaints and compile and revert data to the right department in order to ensure good customer data.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrica/Electronicsl Engineering or Computer Science related.
- 3-4 year(s) of sales working experience in the Data Center Infrastructure business environment.
- Must have extensive experience in specification works, particularly with End Users and consultants in the Data Center Infrastructure industries.
- Self-driven Sales oriented with Strategic ability
- Must have extensive network of contacts in commercial enterprise Data Center industry, such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Government, Retail, etc.
- Must be willing to spend time outside of working hour to entertain customers
