Follow approved call scripts and verification procedures.
Record call outcomes and customer responses accurately.
Follow up on unsuccessful or incomplete verifications.
Escalate discrepancies or suspicious cases to the relevant team.
Maintain customer confidentiality and professionalism.
Meet daily call and verification targets.
