Defines Affiliate Consumer Engagement strategy
Develops 360/ omnichannel CE plan across all media channels (paid, owned, earned),
Key programs, media plans and content strategy and execution (inc. social/ digital
content/ campaigns, community management and listening)
Creative briefings
CRM programming (in partnership with Corporate Marketing)
Local KOL and Owned Platform Management (FB, IG, YT, brand.com etc)
Defines the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels

- Good communication skills and excellent in both written and oral English
- Experience in brand management, e.g.: marketing, sales, training, merchandizing, and public
- relations
- Beauty marketing experience within makeup/skincare metier with basic understanding of
- Social Digital, eCommerce era
- Meticulous, highly organized, independent, and able to perform a variety of tasks in a fastpaced
- environment
