Provide customer service support for all ticketing issues regarding upcoming event in Singapore
Assist with Team Lead in resolving any challenges regarding ticketing, purchase or technical issues faced by customers
Any other adhoc duties as assigned

- 2 years or more relevant experience in Customer Service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Able to perform shift work and working on PH/weekends
