- • Compare transcription of issue raised vs closure remark vs actual root cause.
- • Provide % accuracy of correctly tagged resolutions.
- • Experience in data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
- • Understanding of data pipelines and governance.
- • Ability to prepare large datasets for BI and ML consumption.
