Upsell high-speed WiFi and Fiber plans to customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
我們希望你具備
- 4 hrs/day, 4 days/week.
- Own transport, onsite (HICOM, Glenmarie, Shah Alam).
- BM & English (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).
