Negotiate with customers and shrimp farmers while. providing technical support on shrimp farming practices.
Develop new shrimp farming areas and expand market penetration.
Drive sales revenue through market development and effective sales activities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and handle customer complaints.
Conduct regular visits and provide education/support to shrimp farmers.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (K3) and environmental management standards.
我們希望你具備
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old.
- Based in Bengkalis, Riau.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; industry background is open.
- Willing to learn and develop expertise in the shrimp feed industry.
- Comfortable visiting and educating shrimp farmers on a daily basis.
- Experienced in working with revenue-based sales targets.
- Fluent in spoken Hokkien is mandatory.
- Comfortable with virtual/online reporting and daily reporting via Zoom/Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
